Booking conditions

What you need to know before booking your stay at Lumen.

01Times

Check-in from 3 pm and check-out until 12 noon.

02Rates and payment

Prices include VAT. Depending on the rate, payment is made at the time of booking or at the hotel. The tourist tax, where applicable, is paid at the hotel.

03Cancellations and changes

Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
Non-refundable rate: no changes or cancellations allowed.
Offers may have their own conditions, shown in each offer.

04No-show

If you do not show up without prior cancellation, the first night will be charged.

05Children and extra beds

Children are welcome. Availability of cots and extra beds depends on the room type.

06Pets

We welcome pets up to 10 kg for a supplement, on request.
